Art Cotton

Art Cotton is the President of Cotton Consulting. Mr. Cotton has over 30 years of executive level administrative management experience in both the public and private sectors. Previous positions include: Vice President of Advancement and President of the University of Central Oklahoma Foundation; President of Cotton Consulting; Senior Director of Development at the Oklahoma City Boathouse Foundation; Vice President for University Advancement & External Relations at Oklahoma City University; and Vice President for Development at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation. In addition, he was the Senior Director of Major Gifts for the Oklahoma State University Foundation and Chief of Staff for the Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma. Professional affiliations include: Vice Chair of the Oklahoma Hall of Fame; Member of Leadership Oklahoma Class II; Council of Advancement and Support of Education (CASE); Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP); Past Chairman of the Board, Pivot; and Past Chair, deadCenter Film Festival Board. Mr. Cotton has a M.A. in Public Administration/Environmental Engineering and B.A. in Political Science (Public Affairs)—all from Oklahoma State University. Mr. Cotton is married to Sandy Cotton and the couple have four grown children.

Sandy Cotton

Sandy Cotton is the Vice President of Cotton Consulting. She has over 20 years of administrative management experience in fundraising, development services, strategic planning, special events and community outreach. Previous positions include: Development Director at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art; Sr. Director of Development for University Advancement & External Relations at Oklahoma City University; Associate Vice President of Development at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation; and Sr. Director of Development at the Center for Veterinary Health Sciences at Oklahoma State University.
